You'll receive a personalised weekly training plan and daily macro targets. Check in with Sukh via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp (depending on your plan) with any questions, and join the weekly group Q&A. Your program and nutrition are reviewed and updated every month based on real progress.
Monthly plans (Nutrition Only and Full Coaching) are subscription-based and can be cancelled any time with no penalty. The 12-Month Plan is a single upfront payment with no rebill — there's nothing to cancel.
