    You complete a full fitness assessment — goals, training history, current eating habits, injuries, schedule, and what your body is actually capable of right now. This is what your program is built on.

    Program

    Sukh personally builds your training and nutrition plan around your body type, your equipment, the foods you like, and your timeframe. No templates. No generic macro calculators. Real programming.

    Coach

    You get direct access to Sukh through email, Telegram, or WhatsApp — depending on your plan. Weekly Q&As, mid-week check-ins, and ongoing accountability. You're not training alone.

    Adjust

05 — About Sukh

From 52kg and a broken arm to coaching hundreds.

In 2015, a car accident left me with a broken left arm and other injuries. At the time of my surgery, I weighed just 52 kg. I'm Sukh — originally from Punjab, India, I moved to New Zealand in 2009 and built a corporate management career in Wellington before that crash changed everything.

Rebuilding my body from that point taught me something the fitness industry had been getting wrong: real change isn't about starvation or punishment. It's about understanding how a body actually works — and programming around the person who lives in it.

After the 2020 lockdowns, I left the corporate world for good and studied health science and personal training. Seven years on, I work with clients across Auckland and around the world — fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition. The vision is the same as it was on day one: fit, healthy, happy in your own body. For life, not for summer.

No. Sukh builds programs for both home and gym environments. Whether you train in a commercial gym, have equipment at home, or are starting with nothing at all — the program adapts to what you actually have.

You'll receive a personalised weekly training plan and daily macro targets. Check in with Sukh via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp (depending on your plan) with any questions, and join the weekly group Q&A. Your program and nutrition are reviewed and updated every month based on real progress.

Monthly plans (Nutrition Only and Full Coaching) are subscription-based and can be cancelled any time with no penalty. The 12-Month Plan is a single upfront payment with no rebill — there's nothing to cancel.

Yes. Sukh coaches clients from complete beginners through to experienced athletes. Your program is built from zero based on your current fitness level, available time, and equipment. No experience required, no assumed baseline.

Yes — this is one of the most common starting points. Sukh rebuilt his own body after a car accident left him at 52 kg with a broken arm. Every program is designed around your body specifically, including injuries, limitations, and any recovery considerations.

Most clients notice a difference within the first two to four weeks. Visible changes typically follow around weeks six to ten. The −16 kg and −17 kg results in the testimonials took five to six months of consistent work. Your program is adjusted monthly to keep progress moving.

Your program is updated every month based on what your body is actually doing — measurements, energy, strength, and recovery. If something isn't working, Sukh adjusts it. That's the point of ongoing coaching versus a one-time PDF plan you're left to figure out alone.

For programming and nutrition — yes. The value of a great coach is in the planning, the accountability, and the monthly adjustments. All of that works online. In-person sessions are also available at City Fitness Ormiston and City Fitness Newmarket in Auckland for those who want the option.
